The Great Delay...

It is with a heavy heart that I must suspend publication of TAR. I am not certain when publication will pick up again, but my health and my actual "job" are such that I cannot find the energy to devote to TAR right now. I debated this long and hard, and I would much rather suspend publication than fail to devote the time and attention to TAR that it deserves. I hope to publish again after the first of the year, but again nothing is for sure. I apologize to all of the contributors who have been awaiting decisions on their submissions.
