Yet another delay...

Hi, gang,

As some of you know, I've been experiencing health problems of late. So, the new TAR issue is on hold until at least late next week. Hopefully, it will be the first Monday in August, but we'll see. It's very difficult to keep up with all of my freelance gigs and the publication. We may be going back to three issues a year - or one issue every four months - instead of quarterly. Sorry again for the delay.
